Job summary

Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a Project Control Engineer to oversee schedules, costs, resources, and documentation, ensuring projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline.

The role requires a civil/electrical/mechanical engineer with strong communication and coordination abilities, and preferably some experience in the field. You will develop schedules, prepare dashboards, monitor variances, and support forecasts to enable timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• Proficient in project management concepts and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, work programs, and milestones.
• Track progress vs schedules, identify delays and schedule risks.
• Prepare progress dashboards and management reports for decisions.
• Monitor costs, commitments, expenditures, and budget utilization.
• Identify cost variances and provide analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and suppliers for updates.
• Consolidate progress data: manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Assist in forecasts for completion dates, resources, and costs.
• Monitor deliverables and dates to ensure timely completion.
• Identify risks and issues affecting cost, schedule, or implementation.
