The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accountancy with at least 1 year in grant accounting, preferably in NGO settings, and demonstrates strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in NGO/grant accounting.
• Experience with donor-funded reporting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grant financial records and monitor budgets.
• Prepare donor financial reports and reconciliation of grant accounts.
• Ensure compliance with donor agreements and organizational policies.
• Coordinate with project teams and management for reporting needs.
• Assist in grant forecasting, budgeting, and variances analysis.
• Support internal and external grant audits and documentation.
