Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented professional to collate and maintain vendor performance reports across lines of business in Metro Manila. You will monitor Incident Reports to improve CX and reduce financial loss, and serve as the main contact for vendor user access requests with strict data security controls.

You will also assist in preparing payout reports and developing additional analytics to track vendor performance and issues not covered in standard reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course.
• Proficient in Excel and computer literacy.

• Responsible in being the main point of contact for vendor's user access requisition, and thereby maintains strict control & security of access to customer data.

• Prepares, reviews and ensures timely payout of billings

• Assists with the development of other reports that pertain to tracking vendor performance or issues that may not be covered in the list above.
