Advance Beyond International Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly organized Project Assistant to support the COO with administrative and project coordination duties. You will help manage documents, permits, licenses, client communications, quotations, deliveries, and other operational tasks.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project administration, hold a valid Driver's License, and are proficient in Microsoft Office. The role offers growth opportunities and exposure to executive-level operations.
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Project Assistant to provide administrative and project coordination support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The successful candidate will assist in project-related documentation, permits and licensing, client coordination, quotations, deliveries, and other operational requirements.
This position is suitable for an experienced administrative or project support professional who is looking for an opportunity to work closely with company executives and develop their skills in project and business operations.
Provide administrative and project coordination support to the COO.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of company projects.
Organize, file, and maintain project-related documents and records.
Process and coordinate permits, licenses, and other project-related requirements.
Prepare and draft quotations and other project-related documents.
Coordinate with clients regarding Purchase Orders (POs), equipment requirements, and parts deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project requirements and schedules.
Monitor and follow up on pending documents, requests, deliveries, and other project-related activities.
Provide administrative assistance and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in project administration, project coordination, office administration, or a related field.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of other office productivity and collaboration platforms is an advantage.
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Willing to perform both administrative and project-related coordination duties.
Able to work professionally and effectively with executives, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Starting salary of ₱25,000 per month
Salary increase upon regularization
