PrimeHomes Real Estate Development Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a visionary Head of Architecture to protect and uphold the architectural vision, functionality, quality, and consistency of our developments.

You will oversee planning across architecture, engineering, landscape, and interiors, ensuring that every building, unit, façade, and common area reflects a cohesive design language and meets the highest standards of luxury development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• 8–12+ years of proven track record in premium residential, mixed-use, hotel, resort, or large-scale real estate developments.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold design quality while balancing functionality and cost efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of architectural standards, construction processes, and luxury development expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning and coordination across all phases of development.
• Review building design, unit layouts, façades, and common areas to ensure quality and consistency.
• Coordinate architecture, engineering, landscape, and interior design disciplines.
• Manage and align external architects and design consultants with project goals.
• Establish and enforce architectural and design standards across all buildings.
• Conduct regular design reviews and site inspections to monitor compliance.
• Identify design and construction issues early and recommend solutions.
• Ensure actual construction strictly follows approved designs and standards.
• Lead value engineering initiatives without compromising the overall design vision.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
