Job summary

CDC REALTY INC is seeking a licensed Architect to supervise the design and construction of high-rise condominium projects in Mandaluyong. You will manage schedules, quality, safety and budgets, translating design briefs into practical 3D renderings to guide execution.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in high-rise condo construction, punchlisting exposure, and a strong ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with local and international

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with professional registration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise condominium construction.
• Experience in punchlisting.

• Regularly supervise progress and analyze construction progress to ensure design needs are met based on standards
• Coordinate with concerned groups
