Job summary

About the role

This is a Licensed Architect position responsible for managing architectural projects from schematic design through construction documentation, coordinating with engineering and specialty consultants, and overseeing project delivery and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual presentations, design development drawings, and construction drawings
• Handle projects from schematic design and concept development through construction documentation
• Coordinate with engineering and other specialty consultants throughout the project
• Monitor project status, schedules, deadlines, and submission requirements
• Attend and facilitate client and consultant meetings
• Provide technical and design support and oversee the progress of assigned projects
• Handle and resolve project concerns, problems, and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Handle one or more projects simultaneously, depending on project requirements and workload
• Ensure the timely completion and quality of all assigned project deliverables
• Review architectural drawings and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements

About you
