Job summary

PrimeHomes Real Estate Development Inc. seeks a visionary Head of Project Interior Design to establish a consistent, world-class luxury interior design aesthetic across The Reserve.

You will oversee interiors from model units to grand lobbies, coordinating with consultants to translate design intent into reality. The role requires 6–10+ years in luxury interior design, a strong portfolio in high-end hospitality or boutique projects, and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams to uphold premium

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• Minimum 6–10+ years of proven track record in luxury interior design, styling, and FF&E management.
• Strong portfolio in luxury residential, high-end hotel, resort, or boutique hospitality projects.
• Exceptional eye for materials, finishes, lighting, acoustics, and spatial flow.
• In-depth expertise in FF&E procurement, custom furniture design, and contractor detailing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors, suppliers, and multi-disciplinary consultant teams.
• Deep understanding of high-end hospitality standards and luxury customer experience expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall interior design, styling, material selection, finishes, and FF&E across all residential and common area spaces.
• Oversee the design execution of model units, sales showrooms, residential lobbies, clubhouse amenities, and shared spaces.
• Establish and enforce comprehensive interior design standards and finish schedules across all buildings within The Reserve.
• Work closely with Studio BDJ and external interior design/architecture consultants to refine concepts and turn design intent into reality.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audit contractor implementation to ensure construction and finishing align with approved designs.
• Evaluate cost-efficiency options while ensuring that value engineering never compromises design quality, aesthetic integrity, or luxury appeal.
• Ensure seamless harmony and consistency across architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and project branding.
