Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a licensed Project Architect to lead the design process end-to-end for residential and commercial projects, from concept design through construction coordination, ensuring outsourced designers meet our standards and every project is delivered right the first time.

You will create concept designs, review and approve outsourced designers' work, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, manage bidding, construction documentation, and site coordination, and ensure

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed architect.
• At least 5 years progressive experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Strong coordination with internal stakeholders and third party teams.
• Knowledge of local building codes and construction methods.

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for a licensed Project Architect to own the design process end-to-end for our residential and commercial projects, from concept design through construction coordination, ensuring outsourced designers' work meets our standards and every project is delivered right the first time.

What You'll Do:

• Create concept designs that follow each project's unique design principles.

• Review and approve outsourced designers' work to ensure it meets company standards before construction release.

• Coordinate with third-party designers, contractors, construction teams, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage bidding processes, construction documentation, and site coordination.

• Review and manage RFI/RFA.

• Ensure compliance with approved plans, contract terms, and applicable building codes.

• Participate in required testing and commissioning activities to ensure quality turnover.

• Collaborate closely with the construction head and internal teams to keep milestones on schedule.

What You Need to Have:

• Must be a licensed architect.

• With at least 5 years progressive experience working in residential and commercial projects. Preferably working in a developer company.

• Strong coordination with internal stakeholders and third party contractors and designers. Must be able to clearly communicate and coordinate decisions between internal stakeholders and third party designers.

• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, construction methods, materials, and local building codes.

• Ability to manage bidding processes, construction documentation, and site coordination.
