Job summary

368 Consultancy Solutions OPC is seeking a licensed architect with at least 5 years of experience in design and construction management for an on-site position in Albay, Philippines.

You will develop architectural concepts, prepare plans and specifications, review drawings, supervise construction, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure the project meets quality, budget, schedule, and client requirements.

• Monitor architectural works and ensure quality of workmanship.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization without compromising design quality.

On-site - Albay 5-10 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and construction drawings.
• Prepare detailed architectural plans, specifications, and material schedules.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, civil, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related site issues.
• Monitor architectural works and ensure quality of workmanship.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization without compromising design quality.
• Monitor design changes, RFIs, and drawing revisions.
• Ensure timely completion of architectural works in accordance with the project schedule.
• Identify and rectify design discrepancies and construction defects.
• Conduct final inspections, snagging, and de-snagging.
• Review as-built drawings and prepare architectural handover documents.
• Ensure the completed project meets the client's design intent, quality standards, budget, and requirements.
