Job Description
Site Management:
Lead site management for the entire project, ensuring operations are on track with the project plan and addressing any issues that arise.
Ensure effective coordination between teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve site-related issues quickly.
Safety Management:
Serve as the On-Site Safety Officer, ensuring that all safety measures are strictly followed.
Lead safety training sessions and conduct regular safety audits, ensuring zero incidents on-site.
Contract Management:
Take responsibility for reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with contractors and suppliers.
Monitor and enforce contractual obligations, resolving disputes and ensuring compliance with agreed‑upon terms and schedules.
Timeline Management:
Develop and manage the overall project timeline, ensuring that all phases are completed on schedule.
Proactively identify risks to project timelines and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
Project Documentation Management:
Ensure that all project documentation is managed effectively, including daily logs, progress reports, and technical submissions.
Oversee the timely submission of progress reports, change orders, and other project documents to stakeholders and the Head Engineer.
Cost Management:
Oversee the project’s budget and monitor costs throughout the construction phase.
Manage financial aspects, including tracking material and labor costs, reviewing invoices, and preparing cost reports for the Head Engineer.
Preferably a graduate of an Engineering course or any related program with project management.
With at least 5-10 years of work experience in construction project management.
Excellent in risk analysis, control and budget management.
