Job Description

Site Management:

• Lead site management for the entire project, ensuring operations are on track with the project plan and addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure effective coordination between teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve site-related issues quickly.

Safety Management:

• Serve as the On-Site Safety Officer, ensuring that all safety measures are strictly followed.
• Lead safety training sessions and conduct regular safety audits, ensuring zero incidents on-site.

Contract Management:

• Take responsibility for reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and enforce contractual obligations, resolving disputes and ensuring compliance with agreed‑upon terms and schedules.

Timeline Management:

• Develop and manage the overall project timeline, ensuring that all phases are completed on schedule.
• Proactively identify risks to project timelines and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.

Project Documentation Management:

• Ensure that all project documentation is managed effectively, including daily logs, progress reports, and technical submissions.
• Oversee the timely submission of progress reports, change orders, and other project documents to stakeholders and the Head Engineer.

Cost Management:

• Oversee the project’s budget and monitor costs throughout the construction phase.
• Manage financial aspects, including tracking material and labor costs, reviewing invoices, and preparing cost reports for the Head Engineer.
• Preferably a graduate of an Engineering course or any related program with project management.
• With at least 5-10 years of work experience in construction project management.
• Excellent in risk analysis, control and budget management.
• Multi-tasking capability to efficiently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with strong leadership skills.
