Role Overview:
The Project Administrator will support workforce compliance, onboarding, training coordination, and project administration activities for a leading Australian client in the mining and resources sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate workforce compliance activities, including training, inductions, medicals, drug & alcohol testing, and site access requirements.
- Issue, monitor, and update induction bookings, medical appointments, compliance checks, and workforce documentation.
- Upload and maintain employee records, qualifications, certifications, and training information in IFS and other client-specific compliance systems.
- Review licenses, training records, and compliance documents to ensure employees meet project and client requirements.
- Monitor training expiry dates, compliance gaps, and upskilling requirements, coordinating updates as needed.
- Manage shared inbox enquiries, stakeholder communications, workforce trackers, and compliance updates.
- Support travel booking, workforce mobilisation, data entry, document management, reporting, and general administrative tasks.
- Liaise with project teams, site administrators, and workforce management personnel to support workforce readiness and smooth project operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field with at least 2–3 years of experience in project administration, workforce administration, compliance coordination, recruitment administration, or a similar role.
- Experience handling compliance documentation, training records, onboarding requirements, workforce coordination, or high-volume administrative processing within construction, mining, resources, engineering, industrial, or other relevant project-based environments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable managing high-volume compliance transactions daily in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong data entry, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work in a stakeholder-facing environment.
- International client exposure is highly regarded but not essential.
- Must be willing towork full time onsiteatArcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, morning shift).
