The Project Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role assists the Project Manager in documentation, scheduling, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
Prepare and maintain project documentation (contracts, reports, meeting minutes, trackers).
Monitor project timelines and update schedules.
Track project expenses, budgets, and purchase requests.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain project files and ensure proper documentation control.
Assist in procurement coordination and vendor communication.
Prepare progress reports and status updates.
Support compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Basic understanding of budgeting and procurement processes.
Experience working in construction, IT, or corporate project environments (depending on industry).
