Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Accounting Analyst in the Manila area to manage project setup, invoicing, and reporting. The role supports Project Managers and stakeholders with financial controls and process improvements.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with ERP system proficiency (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong Excel and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects per Project Managers’ requirements and maintain CLS records.
• Forecast and reforecast projects; monitor WIP and unbilled receivables.
• Assist Project Managers and stakeholders with project reporting and analysis.
• Prepare and distribute draft invoices and supporting documents.
