Job summary

Clustag is seeking a PLC Programmer to strengthen our technical team in the Madrid area, blending remote work with on-site customer interventions. You will participate in development, programming, and commissioning of industrial automation systems, ensuring proper operation and collaborating with the technical team.

The role involves day-to-day PLC/HMI programming, system integration with sensors and SCADA platforms, FAT/SAT testing, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in PLC programming.
• Knowledge of Siemens technologies (TIA Portal, Step7, Codesys).
• Experience with other environments (Omron, Schneider, SCADA, or HMI) is a plus.
• Availability to travel within the central region and occasionally national/international.
• Knowledge of industrial networks and electrical schematics interpretation.

In this role, you will participate in the development, programming, and commissioning of industrial automation systems, combining remote work with on‑site customer interventions. Your role will be key to the successful execution of projects, ensuring the proper operation of systems and collaborating directly with the technical team..
