Job summary

Iclotet is seeking a Project Manager to join their Projects area in Romblon, España. In this role, you will manage the entire project cycle, ensuring successful execution for national and international clients.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Industrial Engineering or similar and at least 2 years of project management experience in an industrial setting. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to participate in advanced international projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years managing projects in an industrial or machinery environment.
• Management of technical documentation (plans, datasheets, layouts, specifications).

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete cycle of the project: planning, coordination and follow-up.
• Review and consolidate the technical definition (requirements, layouts, SOW, SDS).
• Control the planning of the project, coordinating activities with different departments.
• Supervise the review and delivery of technical documentation (datasheets, plans, product description).
• Prepare the project for kick off with engineering, production, commissioning.
• Prepare and coordinate FAT and SAT with the client.
• Ensure correct communication of deviations, risks and scope changes.
• Be the project’s technical interlocutor during assembly, commissioning and ramp-up.
• Coordinate purchases, production and suppliers, supervising project execution.
• Represent iclotet with professionalism and orientation to solutions.

Job description

In iclotet we are looking for a Project Manager to join the Projects area and participate in the comprehensive execution of industrial facilities for national and international clients.

You will be part of a highly coordinated technical team, where planning, quality and anticipation are keys to guaranteeing the success of each project.

Your role will be to ensure that each project progresses with technical clarity, good communication and rigorous follow-up, working side by side with the Technical Office, Production, Planning and the final client.

Responsibilities
