Job summary

Clustag is seeking a PLC Programmer to strengthen our technical team in the Madrid area, blending remote work with on-site customer interventions. You will participate in development, programming, and commissioning of industrial automation systems, ensuring proper operation and collaborating with the technical team.

The role involves day-to-day PLC/HMI programming, system integration with sensors and SCADA platforms, FAT/SAT testing, and commissioning.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience in PLC programming.
Knowledge of Siemens technologies (TIA Portal, Step7, Codesys).
Experience with other environments (Omron, Schneider, SCADA, or HMI) is a plus.
Availability to travel within the central region and occasionally national/international.
Knowledge of industrial networks and electrical schematics interpretation.

Responsibilities

Programming PLC and HMI systems in industrial environments.
Analyzing technical requirements and defining control solutions.
Integrating systems with sensors, SCADA platforms, and industrial networks.
Performing FAT and SAT testing.
Commissioning installations and adjusting system parameters.
Troubleshooting incidents and debugging automated systems.
Preparing technical documentation and interacting with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
