Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced account manager to lead key customer relationships in the manufacturing sector. You will handle contracts, quotations and pricing while driving new business opportunities and maintaining strong client partnerships.

The role involves understanding client project needs, proposing manufacturing services, and managing the full product lifecycle from prototype to EOL, with coordination across operations to resolve delivery/quality issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing sector.

• Managing key customers’ accounts with activities such as establishing contracts, quotations and pricing.
• Support and maintain excellent customer relationships and excite them with new business opportunities.
• Assess and understand clients’ project needs and propose manufacturing services and solutions to meet their objectives.
• Involve in the entire product life cycle from prototype to mass production to End-of-Life (EOL).
• Work with operations to resolve any delivery and quality issues.
• Acquiring new customers & business opportunities.
• Traveling involved – Customer visits and attend trade shows.
• To submit weekly & monthly sales report which include sales revenue and sales funnel.
