Job summary

Operation Smile Cebu Comprehensive Cleft Care Center of Excellence seeks a Program Manager to lead patient recruitment strategy and coordinate program operations, ensuring a robust patient pipeline to support surgical and comprehensive care activities.

You will oversee relations with LGUs, NGOs, and partner hospitals, supervise the recruitment/clinical coordination, and coordinate with medical leadership to align targets with capacity, while upholding global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in program management, healthcare operations, or NGO service delivery.
• Experience managing community partnerships and recruitment pipelines.
• Experience supervising staff or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient mapping, recruitment strategy, and registry management for the Cebu COE.
• Ensure adequate patient flow aligned with surgical schedules and comprehensive care capacity.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with LGUs, NGOs, partner hospitals, and community health workers.
• Oversee patient screening pipelines and referral systems.
• Monitor patient journey metrics and recommend improvements in recruitment and retention.
• Oversee day-to-day programmatic flow related to patient recruitment and services.
• Coordinate with medical leadership to align recruitment targets with surgical capacity.
• Support implementation of global standards and operating procedures at the COE.
• Oversee Comprehensive Care Services.
