About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage healthcare operations teams while ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in developing Team Leads, driving performance, resolving complex clinical and operational issues, and strengthening partnerships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop Team Leads to achieve and exceed service level agreements (SLAs), operational goals, and quality standards.
- Drive team engagement, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical and clinical issue resolution.
- Advocate for client needs by identifying and implementing solutions that support service excellence.
- Review, optimize, and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams.
- Facilitate issue resolution and effectively manage internal and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and healthcare industry standards.
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
- Current and unrestricted Philippine or US Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- At least 1 year of recent clinical, hospital, or related healthcare experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong clinical subject matter expertise and healthcare operations knowledge.
- Experience in any of the following is highly preferred:
- Utilization Review (UR)
- Utilization Management (UM)
- Medical Coding
- Back Office Healthcare Operations
- Organizational Development
- Other Clinical Process Outsourcing (CPO) functions
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of insurance and claims processing is an advantage.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with high accuracy.
