Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The role provides leadership, coaching, and support to Registered Nurses while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet clinical and performance goals.

The position requires a nursing degree with ICU/ER/Gen-Med experience, plus 2+ years in supervisory roles within HC/BPO settings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of critical care hospital experience preferably - ICU/MS/ER/Gen - Med Recon, Adult care.
  • 2+ years of supervisory BPO HC experience.
  • Solid working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Packages, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Proven good Communications Skills.
  • Proven computer literate, Good ISP should be at least 50MBPS.

This role provides leadership, coaching, and support to Registered Nurses while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve clinical, quality, and performance objectives.

Shift

7pm-4am or 3pm-12MN MNL | Fixed weekends off; US

Primary Responsibility
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree of Nursing
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
