Job summary

A healthcare service provider in Pampanga seeks a PH Registered Nurse to coordinate quality processes in patient care. The role encompasses telephonic authorization services, monitoring patient eligibility, and online data entry. Candidates should possess an active PRC Nursing License and have at least 1 year of bedside care experience, preferably in a BPO/CSR setting. This PH Registered Nurse role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client’s department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic on-line authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing on-line data entry of routine authorizations/denials.
