We are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager – PHRN to oversee and optimize clinical operations within a healthcare BPO environment. The role is responsible for managing clinical teams, ensuring quality and productivity, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, and supporting clients through efficient and accurate healthcare processes.
The ideal candidate is a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with strong leadership, clinical knowledge, and healthcare BPO experience.
Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure efficient workflow across assigned healthcare accounts.
Lead, coach, and manage nurses and other clinical support staff.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure accurate handling, review, and processing of medical records and other clinical documentation.
Oversee healthcare processes such as medical records retrieval, medical records requests, clinical documentation review, insurance verification, and coordination with healthcare providers, insurance representatives, and law firms, as applicable to the account.
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active PRC license.
At least 1–3 years of healthcare BPO experience, preferably in a clinical or operations leadership role.
Experience managing healthcare accounts, clinical teams, or medical support operations.
Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, medical terminology, and clinical documentation.
Experience working with insurance companies, healthcare providers, medical records, or law firms is an advantage.
Strong understanding of HIPAA, patient confidentiality, and healthcare data privacy principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
