Job summary

Appficiency is a Philippines-based leader delivering ERP, CRM, and SaaS programs for global clients. We seek a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex NetSuite-enabled projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive client success from initiation to closure.

You will partner with executive stakeholders, optimize delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure value realization across multiple industries while traveling up to 25% as required.

The Commitment

• Program Management:
  • Develop and manage detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals and client expectations.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage customer vendors to meet the project objectives.
  • Manage Appficiency’s project vendors from selection to monitoring their performance.
• Scope Management:
  • Ensure the deliverables of the programs are aligned with the defined scope of the work in the SOWS
  • Identify the scope deviations, and communicate the potential change request to the customer
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure resources are available and project requirements are met.
• Procurement Management:
  • Identify the areas that the program needs a vendor to be involved
  • Identify the potential vendors and manage the selection processes, including the rate negotiation
  • Integrate their project plan into the Program Plan
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a risk response plan and communicate with the stakeholders proactively
  • Proactively address issues and conflicts, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client specifications.
  • Implement best practices in program management and continuously improve processes and methodologies.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and present program reports, including status updates, financials, and outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication:
  • Regularly communicate with senior management, providing insights into program performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives and outcomes.
  • Identify and analyze the stakeholders and define the strategy on how to manage their expectations for the team.

The Essentials

• 8+ years of experience in professional services, functional or technical consulting, with a strong focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or eCommerce systems
• Proven success in leading and delivering complex Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) programs across diverse industries
• 5+ years of management experience overseeing cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, across multiple concurrent projects
• Strong expertise with the NetSuite platform
• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions
• Experience managing full program life cycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
• Track record of building and maintaining long-term, profitable client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and referenceability
• Proficient in project portfolio management, resource planning, and risk mitigation across large-scale programs
• Skilled at facilitating executive-level communications, including C-suite reporting, business reviews, and roadmap presentations
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure
• Demonstrated agility in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities and stakeholder expectations
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies, system integrations, and third-party application ecosystems
• PMP, Prince2, or similar project/program management certification is a plus
• Open to travel up to 20–25%, including on-site client engagements and team coordination activities
