Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a NetSuite Consultant to partner with clients, deliver tailored NetSuite solutions, and help teams adopt best practices.

You will conduct process analysis, mapping, data migration, training, and support across on-site and remote engagements, while staying current with AI-enabled tools and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• CPA qualification preferred, or actively working towards CPA designation.
• NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Advanced experience in Google Drive/Docs/Sheets/Slides.

Responsibilities

• Provide NetSuite consulting expertise using industry experience and best practices to meet complex client requirements.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions, onsite and remote.
• Lead consulting engagements with process analysis, recommendations, and data migration tasks.
• Resolve customer requests, manage expectations, and handle out-of-scope items.
• Deliver training and provide onsite and web-based consulting to clients.
• Support sales with product demonstrations and contribute to AI-enabled client solutions.
• Maintain NetSuite configuration documentation and guide change management for clients.

What You'll Do

• Provide NetSuite consulting expertise using industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate even the most complex client requirements
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions, both on-site and remote, with new and existing customers to determine configuration requirements
• Assist with leading consulting engagements including but not limited to high level process analysis, process recommendations, and transactional flow analysis
• Evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve customer requests - identify out-of-scope requests, present solutions, and set customer expectations
• Perform or delegate data migration services including data cleansing, file manipulation, file mapping and other project-related data tasks
• Deliver training and provide consulting services, both onsite and web-based, to our clients
• Attend initial Business Requirements Documentation and lead specific process area
• Maintain process diagrams, documents, and leading practices for NetSuite configuration
• Work with customers to define user-acceptance-testing scenarios and ensure they are completing their testing through the implementation process
• Guide customers through change management with polite and positive interactions
• Achieve master level competency in the NetSuite core product
• Assist sales team with product demonstrations for prospects
• Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes

What You'll Bring

• 3-5+ years of professional services experience with a minimum of 2 years in business process analysis and solution design with emphasis on Accounting and Finance
• Experience leading and/or participating in 5-10 multi-phased NetSuite ERP implementations or service engagements, including planning, delegation, status updates, functional and technical work, process flow discovery, design and mapping, training, testing, go-live support and project management
• Performed project or team coordination including meeting scheduling and preparation
• Experience in capturing critical meeting information, documentation organization and recap
• Experience in effectively managing multiple schedules and tasks (calendar and task list management) and related expectations with teammates
• Responsive to internal and external clients, able to provide a quick response time and ability to handle a dynamic environment that often requires multi-tasking
• Experience in leading client-facing engagements, unsupervised, where there is value delivered to the client
• Experience in working within the framework of a scope of work
• Ability to develop and maintain team and client relationships
• Must be based in the Philippines; this is a fully remote role
• Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
• Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
