Job summary

Pandoblox is seeking a NetSuite Developer in the Philippines to design, implement, and manage configurations, customizations, and integrations for the ERP system.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with management to align NetSuite with business objectives, optimize processes, and ensure data integrity across modules. Remote work with US Pacific hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with NetSuite development.
• NetSuite certifications are a plus (SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator, ERP Consultant).
• data management familiarity (SQL, XML, JSON).
• familiarity with integration approaches and strategies; web services (XML, SOAP, REST).
• strong experience with NetSuite integrations with third-party apps and NetSuite APIs.
• hands-on experience designing solutions, installing software and data migration in a software delivery project environment.
• familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git for code deployment.
• functionally proficient NetSuite user; advise on best use cases for customizations vs native.
• familiar with IT transformation and IT deliverables.
• excellent verbal and written communication; team player and self-starter.
• PH resident; eligible to perform work from the Philippines; willing to work US Pacific hours.

Responsibilities

• Developing, configuring, testing NetSuite ERP modules and workflows.

The NetSuite Developer should have extensive experience in design software and interface. You are expected to implement and manage configurations, customizations, and integrations to support a growing and thriving organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem solving, has a keen eye for recommending and developing process improvements, evaluating tools, and implementing enhancements to the ERP system. This position will collaborate closely with management to ensure that the NetSuite system is aligned with our business and corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

In this role you'll get to...

• developing, customizing, configuring, and testing NetSuite ERP modules and workflows
• develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality supporting our evolving business needs
• guide the team in the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development
• plan, review and manage change configurations and customization requests
• research and analyze application behaviors and improve performance and stability
• develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to confirm data integrity
• configure NetSuite to align to company use of forms, field and customer records to manage unique business process requirements
• ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other IT financial enterprise applications
• provide data and generate reports to help with analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management and support for optimal usage
• evaluate new or under-used NetSuite functionality, assist with defining functional specifications for business function specific customizations
• design and build enhancements and new financial systems functionality to support business needs, while maintaining scalability, ensuring system integrity, security, best practices and leveraging data where possible to spotlight impact

Requirements

On day one we'll expect you to...

• have 3+ years' experience with NetSuite development experience
• possess NetSuite Certifications are a plus. Preferred Certifications: NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator, ERP Consultant
• have data management familiarity (SQL, XML, JSON)
• have familiarity in integration approaches and strategies, preferably work involving web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL, REST)
• have strong experience with NetSuite integrations with third party applications and NetSuite APIs
• have hands on experience designing solutions, installing software and data migration in a software delivery project environment
• familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and Git for code branching and proper deployment methodology
• functionally proficient as a NetSuite user, able to advise users on ideal use cases for customizations vs native functionality
• have familiarity with IT transformation and experience managing business needs and requirements to IT deliverables
• possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• have good analytical judgment and problem-solving skills while demonstrating high ethical standards
• be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• be a team player and self-starter
• have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
• be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
• be a current resident of the Philippines and can legally perform work from there
• be willing to work in US Pacific business hours (8am-5pm PST which corresponds to 12am-9am PH time, if not DST)
