Job summary

NTT DATA in the Philippines is seeking a Project Manager to lead SAP ERP project implementations for multinational clients. You will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, coordinating stakeholders, budgets, timelines and quality.

The role requires a solid PM background, PMP preferred, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid, diverse work environment. ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field.
• Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP required.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with project stakeholders from original concept through final implementation.
• Contributes to pre-sales by providing project proposals.
• Ensures delivery within budget and on time while meeting quality criteria.
• Manages client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations at high service levels.
• Oversees entire project lifecycle and cross-team coordination.
• Plans, coordinates, and mitigates risks to deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Interfaces with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.
• Contributes to the pre-sales process by providing proposals.
• Ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Manages client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.
• Manages the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are achieved.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and foster collaboration.
• Ensures effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Performs any other related task as required.

• Relevant project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field.
• Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP required.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

Required Experience

• SAP project implementation (ERP, SuccessFactors).
• Project management experience preferably in a multinational professional services environment.
• Client engagement experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle.
• Demonstrated competency in project change management.
• Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
