Qualifications

• 10+ years in Program Management, Transformation, or Enterprise Delivery in Banking/Financial Services.

• Strong executive stakeholder governance and vendor management experience.
• Experience delivering across ASEAN/APAC regions preferred.

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Director to lead a major Loan Origination and Loan Administration Transformation Program for a leading banking institution. This is a strategic, enterprise-wide transformation initiative involving multiple workstreams focused on lending modernization, system integration, operational enablement, and business transformation.

This role requires a seasoned transformation leader who can operate at executive level while maintaining strong program delivery oversight across complex banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale lending transformation programs from planning through execution.
