E-team Workforce Private Corporation's client, a leading banking institution, seeks a seasoned Program Director to steer a major Loan Origination and Loan Administration Transformation program from strategy to delivery.

The role requires executive-level influence, governance oversight, and the ability to align business objectives with technology delivery across multiple workstreams and vendors in a large-scale modernization effort.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Program Management, Transformation, or Enterprise Delivery in Banking/Financial Services.
• Proven track record managing large-scale lending transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Administration, and Lending Operations.
• Strong executive stakeholder governance and vendor management experience.
• Experience delivering across ASEAN/APAC regions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale lending transformation programs from planning through execution.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive program governance, executive reporting, and steering committee engagements.
• Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and tech partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage program financials, budgets, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Facilitate decision-making among senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps across multiple phases of transformation.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational readiness, and technology delivery.
