Job summary

ECLOF Philippines Microfinance, Inc. seeks a Program Supervisor to lead and guide Program Officers and Finance & Admin Associates under the Branch Manager, ensuring efficient unit operations and quality service.

You will monitor loan disbursement, collection, portfolio quality, and compliance with policies, while supporting business development and staff performance in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Unit Operations – Drive achievement of unit targets for loan disbursement, collection, portfolio quality, active clients, and overall operational performance.
• Supervise Loan Operations – Review and validate loan applications, assess borrower capacity and business viability, ensure completeness of documentation, and facilitate compliant loan approval and release within authority.
• Manage Portfolio & Collection – Monitor Program Officers' performance, collection activities, past-due accounts, and PAR; provide guidance and corrective actions to improve portfolio quality.
• Ensure Policy & Compliance – Implement established policies and procedures covering lending, collection, collateral, CBU, microinsurance, EP1 Tech, finance, and administration.
• Support Business Development – Participate in market studies, identify potential markets and clients, and guide the team in client generation and business development activities.
• Oversee Finance & Administration – Review unit financial and cash reports, ensure proper records and document management, and monitor compliance with finance and administrative requirements.
• Utilize Digital Systems – Guide staff in the accurate and effective use of the EPMI System and other computerized systems, including review and approval of system transactions.
• Manage People & Performance – Build a positive team culture aligned with EPMI Core Values; support recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, staff recognition, attendance monitoring, and employee relations in coordination with HR.
• Address Client Concerns – Handle client complaints and operational concerns and provide timely recommendations to the Branch Manager.
• Report & Recommend – Provide regular updates, analysis, and recommendations to the Branch Manager on unit performance, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.

About the role
