Qualifications

Role Description

The Professional Medical Representative – Metro Manila is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for promoting and detailing pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and clinic staff, while ensuring accurate and ethical product information is communicated. The Representative will conduct regular visits to assigned territories, build and maintain strong relationships with medical stakeholders, and gather market intelligence to support sales strategies and product positioning. Daily tasks include organizing product presentations, monitoring competitor activity, providing customer service support for inquiries or concerns, and preparing timely reports on sales activities and market feedback. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align field activities with company goals and participating in trainings to stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build professional relationships and provide clear, helpful product information to healthcare stakeholders.

• Previous experience as a medical representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage but not strictly required for highly motivated applicants.


• Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City and cover Metro Manila territories, with openness to fieldwork and regular client visits.
