This full-time, on-site role focuses on ethical product detailing, territory visits, and building strong medical stakeholder relationships. You will gather market intelligence, support sales strategies, prepare timely activity reports, and collaborate with internal teams to align field activities with company goals.

Qualifications

• Willingness to understand and explain pharmaceutical products and medical indications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with healthcare stakeholders.
• Ability to apply market intelligence to identify opportunities, monitor competitors, and support territory strategies.
• Preferably graduates of health-related, science, or business courses (Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, Marketing, Business Administration).
• Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City and cover Metro Manila territories.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (physicians, pharmacists, clinic staff).
• Conduct regular visits to assigned territories and build strong relationships with medical stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence to support sales strategies and product positioning.
• Organize product presentations, monitor competitor activity, and provide timely customer service support.
• Prepare timely reports on sales activities and market feedback; collaborate with internal teams to align field activities with company goals.
• Participate in trainings to stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations.
