Job summary

JyeKee Manufacturing Cebu Inc. (JMCI) in Cebu is seeking a qualified Production Technology professional to support our manufacturing operations, processes, machinery, and continuous improvement activities.

You will help develop and improve production processes and work methods, monitor performance, assist in installation and operation of equipment, coordinate with production teams, and contribute to SOPs and work instructions. Lean and 5S experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in production machinery and equipment operations and setup.
• Ability to conduct time studies and analyze cycle times.
• Knowledge of process improvement and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Experience creating or updating WI and SOP documents.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development, improvement, and implementation of production processes and work methods.
• Monitor production processes to boost productivity, efficiency, quality and workflow.
• Assist in installation, setup, operation and improvement of production machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve process and equipment issues.
• Monitor machine performance and identify downtime or delays.
• Assist in establishing machine parameters, work standards, cycle times and production targets.
• Conduct time studies and evaluate operator and machine productivity.
• Assist in preparing WI, SOP, process flow and other technical documents.
• Support production trials, dry runs, new product introduction and equipment validation.
• Assist in troubleshooting production equipment and coordinate with maintenance or suppliers.
• Monitor production technology requirements and recommend improvements.
• Maintain records related to machinery and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality requirements and safety standards.
• Perform other engineering and production-related duties as assigned.
• Encourage lean, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support the development, improvement, and implementation of production processes and work methods.

• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and work flow.

• Assist in the installation, setup, operation, and improvement of production machinery and equipment.

• Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Production Planning to resolve process and equipment-related concerns.

• Monitor machine performance and assist in identifying causes of machine downtime, production delays, and process abnormalities.

• Assist in establishing and monitoring machine operating parameters, work standards, cycle times, and production targets.

• Conduct time studies and evaluate operator and machine productivity.

• Assist in the preparation and improvement of Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), process flow, and other technical documents.

• Support production trials, dry runs, new product/process introduction, and equipment validation.

• Assist in troubleshooting production equipment and coordinate with Maintenance or suppliers when technical support is required.

• Monitor production technology requirements and recommend improvements to management.

• Maintain records related to machinery, production processes, equipment performance, and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality requirements, and workplace safety standards.

• Perform other engineering and production-related duties assigned by management.
