Job summary

PARTS PHILIPPINES, INCORPORATED is seeking a skilled CNC operator to set up Mikron machines and ensure smooth operation after model changes. You will verify machine setup, read measurements, and maintain quality by interpreting defects and tests.

The ideal candidate understands Heidenhain control, can follow 5-axis CNC programs, and reads technical drawings. Proficiency in Excel and basic computer tasks is required, with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Mikron machines.
• Knowledgeable on Heidenhain control.
• Can understand 5-axis CNC programs.
• Can interpret technical drawings.
• Computer literate, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the machine is properly set-up during change model and new model.
• Ensure that the machine runs smoothly with no defects after set-up and changes.
• Understands and interprets defects and takes appropriate action.
• Read measuring equipment including micrometer, calipers and gauges.
• Participates in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that the machine will run smoothly with no defect after machine set-up and change model

• Understands and interprets defects and takes appropriate action when required

• Use and read measuring equipment as required includes micrometer, calipers and gauges and etc

• Participates in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs
