Job summary

NAMNAMA WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS CORP. in Cavite is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, coordinate activities based on requirements and manpower, and ensure smooth workflow.

You will assign tasks, monitor performance, and drive toward targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring machines, coordinating with Maintenance, enforcing SOPs, and producing routine reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course related to Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Knowledgeable in production planning, manpower allocation, and monitoring daily production targets.
• With basic machine troubleshooting skills, including identifying common machine problems and performing minor adjustments or basic corrective actions within authorized limits.
• Knowledgeable in machine operation, preventive maintenance, and workplace safety procedures.
• Able to monitor product quality, minimize production delays, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• With good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily plant/production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities based on production requirements and available manpower and resources.

• Ensure that production targets, quality standards, and schedules are achieved.
• Monitor the proper use and operation of machines, equipment, tools, and other plant facilities.
• Coordinate with Maintenance regarding equipment breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and repair requirements.
• Ensure compliance with production procedures, work instructions, safety rules, and company policies.
• Monitor the quality of products and immediately address production defects, discrepancies, or process issues.
• Monitor the proper use of raw materials and minimize waste, damage, and unnecessary production costs.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization within the plant/production area.
• Identify operational problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare daily production reports, manpower reports, downtime reports, and other required operational reports.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and compliance of plant personnel.
• Conduct or assist in training employees on proper work procedures, equipment operation, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Quality Control, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure continuous operations.
• Ensure that workplace safety and environmental requirements are properly observed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
