Job summary

Agricyn Ventures Inc. in Pasig is seeking five Production Team Leaders to head and supervise daily operations across teams to ensure tasks are completed with quality and targets met. You will provide active leadership, guidance, and support to team members.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least two years as a Team Leader/Supervisor, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; readiness to work in a fast-paced environment and on-site in Pasig.

Qualifications

• Kailangan ang Bachelor’s degree o katumbas na karanasan sa trabaho.
• May hindi bababa sa dalawang taong karanasan bilang Team Leader, Supervisor, o katulad na posisyon.
• Mahusay ang pamumuno, komunikasyon, at paglutas ng problema.
• Kaya magtrabaho sa mabilis at mapag-iksi na kapaligiran.
• Kakayahang gamitin ang Microsoft Office.
• Handa at kayang magsimula agad sa trabaho.

Responsibilities

• Pangunahan at subaybayan ang araw-araw na gawain ng team.
• Siguraduhing sumusunod sa mga patakaran at pamantayan ng kumpanya.
• Magbigay ng coaching, gabay, at suporta para sa mataas na antas ng pagganap.
• Magdaos ng regular na briefing para maipabatid ang target at update.
• Iulat ang isyu sa management at tiyaking napapanahon ang pagkumpleto ng gawain.
• Tiyakin ang kalidad, productividad, at pagsunod sa proseso.
• Magplano at magtalaga ng gawain para maayos ang daloy ng operasyon.
• Magrekomenda at ipatupad ang mga hakbang para sa kahusayan ng operasyon.
• Maghanda ng dokumentasyon at ulat tungkol sa operasyon.
