Job summary

Great Solomon Cooperative is seeking a on-site Operations Supervisor in Pasig with 1-3 years of experience to oversee team performance and ensure timely execution of client initiatives.

You will supervise Coordinators, provide monthly performance feedback, and align activities with client goals, while coordinating vacancies with HRSO to maintain a high fill-rate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Team Performance
• Directly supervise and monitor Coordinators' performance across areas
• Evaluate Coordinators' performance on a monthly basis
• Coordinate/give timely feedback to Client on progress of operational tasks inside the Plant
• Conduct meetings with Clients to discuss achievements, updates, issues and opportunities
• Cascade instructions/guidelines/programs on Client-initiated Projects
• Conduct regular alignment meetings with Coordinators and Team Leaders to cascade Client's activities/updates
• Coordinate with HRSO in filling vacancies within 7 working days to meet 95% fill rate
