You will drive process improvements, coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, and Maintenance, and develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance reviews, and creating a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• At least 3 years in production or manufacturing operations with team management.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and project/resource/risk/change management skills.
• Business acumen with budgeting and expense reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder buy-in.
• Leadership experience developing future leaders and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Production Oversight to meet targets with minimal cost.
