Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, TPM concepts is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and ERP/production systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production line operations to meet output, quality, safety and delivery targets.
• Monitor production performance and ensure adherence to Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, waste reduction, and operational discipline.
