Job summary

AXA Asian Markets Services seeks a Production Support Analyst to provide Level 1 technical support across two application ecosystems, ensuring system performance, security, and user productivity.

You will resolve production issues, perform health checks, monitor servers and backups, and coordinate with vendors for outsourced services while following SOPs and incident management processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform health checks on applications and take corrective actions.
• Perform on-demand health checks during non-business hours.
• Housekeeping and maintenance to ensure continuous running of systems/applications.
• Start/Stop applications and related components; provide support.
• Monitor events and take corrective actions; monitor resource usage.
• Monitor backup status.
• Troubleshoot incidents and route/escalate to Level 2 as needed.
• Handle standard service requests.
• Create/modify/delete user IDs; reset passwords; unlock accounts; manage access rights.
