Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Production Quality/QA Associate to ensure timely production outputs and accurate reporting. The role will participate in capacity and productivity improvements, conduct pre- and post-operational checks, and monitor sanitation per GMP guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, is proficient in Excel and Word, and understands GMP, HACCP and FSSC 22000; ISO/QMS background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing with GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 knowledge; ISO/QMS background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate production output and reports.
• Participate in the improvement of sectional capacity and productivity.
• Conduct pre- and post-operational checking of the whole section based on the Daily activities.
• Monitor Sanitation Checklist as compliance with GMPs.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance policies and other corporate standards.
• Update supervisor on status and opportunities regarding quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Supervise and monitor production personnel to ensure SOP compliance.
• Verify daily monitoring of the areas.
