Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Metro Manila. The role requires ensuring output, quality, and efficiency while managing a team and maintaining GMP/HACCP compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with experience in food manufacturing and lean improvements. A six-day work week and strong leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Very keen to details, flexible, and can work under pressure.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing with GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 understanding.
• ISO/QMS background is an advantage.
• Managerial experience preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge in process improvement and lean manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Willing to work on a 6 day work-week shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory control, production scheduling and planning.
• Conduct pre and post-operational checks of the whole section based on daily activities.
• Monitor Sanitation Checklist as compliance with GMPs.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance policies.
• Update superior on status and opportunities regarding quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Supervise production personnel to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Verify daily monitoring of the areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate production output and reports

• Participate in the improvement of sectional capacity and productivity.

• Monitors activities in inventory control, production scheduling and planning.

• Conduct pre and post-operational checking of the whole section based on the Daily activities.

• Monitor Sanitation Checklist as compliance with GMP’s

• Ensure to comply with Quality Assurance (internal and corporate) Policies and others.

• Update immediate superior on the status, and opportunity encountered concerning quality, delivery, and productivity.

• Supervise and monitor production personnel to ensure that they comply with production SOP's.

• Verify daily monitoring of the areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel and Word

• Very keen to details, flexible, and can work under pressure

• With experience in the Food Manufacturing industry and a deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000

• With ISO and Quality Management System Background is advantage.

• Has relevant Managerial experience preferably in food manufacturing.

• Must be knowledgeable in process improvement and continuous improvement preferably with lean manufacturing experience.

• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal leadership, coaching, and conflict solution skills.

• Willing to work on a 6 day work-week shifting schedule.
