Job summary

Earthgrain Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an on-site Production Supervisor with 1–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or BS Food Tech is required.

The role focuses on ensuring timely production output and maintaining compliance with GMP/HACCP standards. You will lead production staff, monitor daily activities, and drive improvements in capacity and productivity while ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and Quality Assurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or BS Food Tech required.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail, adaptability under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate production output and reports.
• Participate in the improvement of sectional capacity and productivity.
• Conduct pre and post-operational checking of the whole section based on daily activities.
• Monitor Sanitation Checklist as compliance with GMPs.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance policies and other requirements.
• Update superior on status and opportunities concerning quality, delivery and productivity.
• Supervise and monitor production personnel to ensure SOP compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/BS Food Tech
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel and Word
• Very keen to details, flexible, and can work under pressure
• With experience in the Food Manufacturing industry and a deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000
• With ISO and Quality Management System Background is advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES
