Job summary

One Food Group is seeking a seasoned supervisor for its Cebu City plant to enforce GMP and food safety, oversee the production team, and ensure adherence to SOPs. You will manage workloads, document pre-ops checks, and track equipment breakdowns to guarantee safe operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering, or Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing setup, or 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledgeable in delivery management, quality management, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and people development.
• Experience in operational efficiency and control of raw materials and man-hours.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

• Candidate must possess at least 2 year(s) of working experience in a food manufacturing set up; or at least with 2 to 3 years Supervisory experience.

• Candidate must be knowledgeable in delivery management, quality management, inventory management, equipment maintenance , as well as people development

• Candidate should have experience and be proficient in Operational efficiency and control ( raw materials, man hours, etc.)

• Candidate must possess excellent problem solving skills, decision making skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
