The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations and a strong understanding of lean tools like 5S and waste reduction to optimize production performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences or related engineering field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment, preferably bakery or commercial food processing.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.
