Job summary

AP Printing and Packaging Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production, supervise and motivate staff, and ensure timely delivery.

You will plan, schedule, and oversee all production activities, maintain open communication with sales to align customer requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any engineering courses.
• At least 1-year supervisory experience gained from Printing, Food Manufacturing or Flexible Packaging.
• Knowledge in minor machine trouble shooting an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO Documentation and Processes, FSSC, Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) or with BOSH or HACCP Training a definite PLUS.
• Proficient in general computer operation (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Can motivate different personality within the department
• Orientation: Detailed, Meticulous, Flexible, Pro-Active, a Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time and Customer Service
• Skills: Leadership, Good Organizational, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical and Communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to focus on multiple projects
• Can Work under minimal Supervision
• Willing to work Monday - Saturday on Shifting Schedule at Barangay Ugong Valenzuela City
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

General Summary

The Production Supervisor responsible for day-to-day production within the company. Supervises, motivates, and supports the staff daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication. The Production Supervisor plans, schedules, strategizes, and oversees all production activities while continually coping with sales’ customer requirements.
