Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and manpower.
• Ensure schedules/targets are met on time.
• Implement GMP and food safety practices across the line.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for quality standards.
• Maintain production equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Prepare daily production reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics on materials.
