Job summary

Leslie Corporation in Laguna, Calamba seeks a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily manufacturing operations, ensuring on-time packaging and efficient output.

The role requires 3–5 years in food manufacturing and a relevant engineering degree; candidates should have experience with production scheduling, shift handovers, and continuous improvement methods.

This is a full-time on-site position at Carmelray area; successful applicants will adhere to safety standards and drive waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG setting with supervisory exposure.
• Proven track record in managing production schedules and daily output targets.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week, including weekends/holidays.
• Report daily to Carmelray Industrial Park 1, Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna.

Responsibilities

Job description

GENERAL REPONSIBILITIES

• Close coordination within Production and other departments such as, but not limited to, Maintenance, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Logistics, to optimize output and on-time delivery

• Enforce all food safety and hygiene procedures while driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities

• Oversee line equipment functionality and coordinate with maintenance in addressing downtime or malfunctions

• Execute the production schedule and ensure timely packaging of products to meet customer demands

• Manages requisition of raw materials needed during production run

• Encode and submit reports for Production output, downtime, and other reports that may be required as the need arises

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree holder in Food Engineering / Food Technology / Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

• With three (3) to five (5) years of extensive experience in a food manufacturing industry or any similar FMCG industry, with a least one (2) year of supervisory or team lead capacity

• With proven track record of managing production schedules, shift handovers, and meeting daily output targets

• Candidates with exposure to lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and/or other continuous improvement methodologies

• Willing to work on a 12-hour shift, shifting schedules, six (6) days a week

• Willing to work during weekends and holidays

• Willing to report daily in Carmelray Industrial Park 1, Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna
