Job description

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow instructions from the Supervisor
• Responsible for supervising subordinates to complete production tasks on time (quality and quantity)
• Supervise the achievement of production capacity and product qualification rate of the production plant according to the departmental target
• Understand the production status of the shift and follow up on workshop exceptions (e.g. mold repair, product rework and quality confirmation, etc.)
• According to the requirements of each equipment management, monitor the daily inspection, maintenance and repair of various production equipment
• Regularly organize workshop production meetings to train, educate and guide subordinates in production techniques, skill enhancement and on-site management skills
• Effective management of production quality, delivery and cost
• Effective communication and coordination of work within the department, resource allocation and rational use
• Supervise 6S and Safety in the production department
• Completing other tasks assigned by the superior
• Will be responsible in supervising/monitoring production operations
• Willing to work in Malvar, Batangas
