Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Experience in printing/packaging is a plus, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience.
• Knowledge in the implementation of GHP, 15022000, ISO[TS22002-4:2018, FSSC22000 v5.1, FDA guidelines and other related standards related to Food Safety preferred
• Ability to manage and adhere to Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
